Payment methods, shipments and returns

1 – PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are available:

a. By credit or debit card

You can make the payment immediately through our Bank’s secure SSL payment gateway. If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card.

b. PayPal

Through PayPal the payment of the order will be authorized, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. For this, it will be necessary to have a PayPal account.

2 – SHIPPING AND RETURN TERMS

• The shipping cost will be added at checkout. Please check the shipping time and cost in the table below.
• If you wish to make a return, we must first receive the item and verify that it is in perfect condition. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase, excluding return shipping costs.
• To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in the same condition as received. If it has been worn, we will not be able to process the refund.
• Customized garments (such as personalized sizing or custom fabrics) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
