With this PDF sleep mask sewing pattern, you can make your own version of one of the most viral sleep accessories at home, choosing the fabric, color, and finish to make it completely your own.

My favorite choice? Natural silk. Besides giving it a delicate, luxurious finish, silk’s smooth surface creates less friction against your skin and hair than rougher fabrics. Your hair can glide more easily over the fabric, helping reduce pulling, tangles, and frizz while you sleep, while the low-friction surface may also help minimize sleep lines and creases caused by rubbing against the skin overnight.
